A: No, this is included in the free service. However, you are responsible for normal airtime minutes on a mobile phone.

Q: How do I stop Live Search 411 from automatically text messaging me business info?

A: Call 1-800-449-0057 and say 'Yes' when asked if you want to turn off auto-text messaging.

Q: The service isn't recognizing my request. What can I do about this?

A: Tell us about it so we can improve our voice recognition! Contact Us (ls411@microsoft.com) and include the number you called from, the request you made, and what the system thought you said. Your phone number will only be used for debugging purposes - we won't call or text you with unsolicited messages. If you are having trouble locating a business by its name, try asking for the type of business instead.
